Hey, nice to e-meet you!
Caoxo is me, Carolin. I was born and raised in Bavaria, Germany. Surrounded by the most beautiful landscape with mountains, lakes, and lots of smiles and sunshine. Growing up, I always wanted to become a PR manager in fashion. I guess that changed a bit – you’ll see why.
After finishing my studies in Information Management and Corporate Communications B.A. in 2015, I knew straight away that my passion is social media. One of my major drives in life has always been discovering new places and getting to know new people. Being in a constant loop of learning and sharing different topics together with others, understanding how the world looks like by taking up other perspectives. As long as I can remember I've loved adventures.
In 2015 I started my first job at the first full-service agency for Influencer Marketing in Germany. At that time, Influencer Marketing was still in its infancy.
During that time I took on the role of an influencer manager and of several influencer campaigns including campaigns for some beauty brands of the L´Oréal group (e.g. Armani, Yves Saint Laurent) but also in the fashion, sports & lifestyle segment and organized shootings for brands in order to promote their products.
Over a period of four years, I acquired profound knowledge in the area of influencer marketing,but also creative concepts and social media presence for different brands and with different brands/agencies. I was able to experience first-hand how an industry changes a lot over a relatively short period of time and in a way I was able to add my own input. To keep it short: lots of coffee, short nights, millions of phone calls later I thought about a change.
In 2019, it was time for me to connect with people on an even more personal level and so I decided to start my own business in order to be able to offer individual creative consulting for brands and companies and also act as an influencer manager. I guess you can say I am a translator, as I understand both “languages”.
I always try to support a lifestyle and work ethic where awareness, well-being, equality, and sustainability are just as important as design and aesthetics.
One of my main passions in life is to collect experiences, and I constantly try to push myself out of my comfort zone to see what new and exciting things might show up around the corner.
